Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Ema—a certified yoga and pranayama teacher with a deep love for nature and travel.

I first came to yoga searching for a calm mind and a healthier body. What I discovered was so much more: a way to regulate my nervous system, reconnect with myself and remember a natural rhythm of living that modern life often pulls us away from. I found something that felt both ancient and necessary.

I hold two certificates and continue to deepen my own practice every day. My teaching is gentle, personal, and rooted in the belief that we heal when we slow down.

I focus on teaching smaller groups and individual sessions because I want to dedicate as much attention and care to each student as possible.

When I’m not guiding sessions, you’ll likely find me in my garden, barefoot among the plants—or at the beach, soaking in the sun and sea.
