Reserve Your Private Breathwork Session
We’re not just breathing; we’re also learning. I want you to understand the reasoning behind the techniques and learn how to use them independently.
No previous breathwork experience is required.
-
Breathwork can be used as a tool to support relaxation and stress management, sleep, energy and focus, general wellbeing, breathing efficiency, meditation and athletic performance… Your practice will be adapted to your individual goals.
-
We’ll begin by discussing your goals and experience with breathwork. You’ll then learn about the foundations of breathwork and be guided through selected breathing techniques and practices. You’ll also leave with practical tools you can continue using independently.
-
Wear comfortable clothing and choose a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably without interruptions.
Avoid practising breathwork immediately after a large meal and avoid alcohol before your session.
If possible, have a cushion available to sit on comfortably, as well as a blanket if you’d like to stay warm and comfortable during the practice.
-
Not every breathing technique is appropriate for every person. Before practising, you’ll be asked about relevant health circumstances so that the practice can be adapted appropriately. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, please consult your healthcare professional beforehand.
If you have any questions or concerns before participating, please feel free to email us at hello@thebreathworklab.com.
